She found his unusual shyness adorable.
With the tip of her index finger she lifted his chin, relishing the prickle of
stubble that tickled her sensitive skin. “You’re a cheapskate,” she murmured.
“Admit it.”
He
smiled, lowering her foot to the floor. He leaned in until they were nose to
nose and whispered, “You first.”
