Here's the blurb: After too many failed relationships, too many shots of tequila, and too many not-so-gentle nudges from her best friend, Sydney Montrose joins an online dating site in hopes of finding THE ONE. During her adventures, she crosses paths with a professional gamer who lives with his parents, a sweet and sarcastic parking enforcement officer, a flirty barista, a mystery man, a touchy-feely former felon, and a clown. Which one will she choose? Well, that's all entirely up to you!
And here's an excerpt, continuing from where we left off:
“Well, considering I tore up your
ticket and let you have my pen, I think you at least owe me your name.”
She
lifted her gaze to a more appropriate level and stretched out her hand. “Sydney .” His warm palm
met hers and held it securely for long seconds. Their gazes held for just as
long.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you, Sydney.”
Goosebumps.
The feel of his hand and the sound of his voice and the fact that he wouldn’t
stop staring at her...Like her body had a choice in the matter--of course it
reacted. When he let her go, she swayed slightly and reached for his sleeve to
steady herself.
Well, you guys, I just celebrated two months with my fella on Friday night! All week long I've been having my own cold war, but the cold finally won and sealed the victory with a cough. But all those germies couldn't keep my guy away. He stopped by last night and brought me homemade stew, tiramisu, and popsicles. He's a keeper for sure, eh? Wishing you all a great, germ-free week ahead! :)
Too delicious for words and I mean the blurb and your guy. Both are keepers. Take care with the cold. No more coughs.
