CONTEST!!!

Who's ready for a contest? I think it's about time we had one around these parts! So, here's the deal. Starting today, Sunday, August 26th until next Sunday, September 2nd, you have a chance to win an electronic copy of my new, steamy release, BLIND FAITH!

No, you don't have to jump through any hoops. No, I won't ask for your first born child. You can name them after me if you'd like, but that's not a requirement either. All I'm asking for is a token really trifle. Your voice! Don't worry. I'm not gonna pull an Ursula on you. I just want you to voice your ideas!

I used to play this game with friends during writing sessions. I'd ask them to give me a word or two as inspiration and my objective was to incorporate those words into my story somehow. The words could be weird, dirty, silly, etc. Anything goes! So gimme the words, people!

I will choose my favourite word from the bunch to use in my current WIP, and whomever provides it will also become the owner of an e-copy of BLIND FAITH! Just make sure to leave your email in the comment as well. And that's all there is to it.

Pretty cool, eh? Ready to play? GO!

  2. You know, I have always really liked the word "peonies"
I can't say it very well but I do love it. I also like "pianist". It would really hard to incorporate those words in one line don't ya think? lol

I already have a copy of your story so this is of course just for funzies.

I'll go with: luscious and rocket.

Lol, those should be fun. By the way, your cover looks hot. I hope I win. :D

The cover is a good representation of the book, I think. *wink, wink, nudge, nudge* ;) Good luck to you!

  5. I hope I am not too late. My words are atrocious and reprehensible. There have been times in my life when atrocious was the only appropriate word. Reprehensible is self explanatory. But I must leave you with a trio. My third word is very common place and too often overlooked. Perhaps. I love the way it feels on my lips (I can see you saying it to yourself right now). It is also about anticipation and possibilities yet to unfold.

  6. Hey Evelyn

    I love your game! :D

My words are requiem and riposte (A quick thrust given after parrying an opponent's lunge in fencing. 2. A retaliatory action, maneuver, or retort)
