Six Sentence Sunday - Part Deux

Hello and Happy Sunday to you!! :)

I'm participating in Six Sentence Sunday once again. This excerpt is from my current WIP, called 'Borderline Lovers'. It's possible it's based on a true story. ;) Enjoy!

“Citizenship?” he asked.

She cocked her head to the side and studied him. Smooth, straight nose with a slight bump on the bridge, eyelashes that made her ache with envy, wavy jet-black hair that begged a girl to get all tangled up in…“Hmmm, I would guess either Greek or Spanish.”

“I meant you.”

Madison frowned.

  1. Hee, that's funny. "I meant you." That little line made me laugh. :)) Also, anytime I read about eyelashes I think of a certain diner owner. Good luck on your WIP. It sounds delish.

  4. You are very good at this. I'm completely captivated already, trying to figure out how Madison and the black-haired Spaniard and/or Greek god met. Six sentences are not enough!

    1. All a part of my evil plan! Mwahahaha! :D I'm so thrilled you're enjoying these excerpts. This particular story takes place at the border between Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan. That might help to fill in some blanks. ;)
